Room sizes are uncomfortably cramped for multiple occupants!!! The elevator service is frustratingly slow, leading to unnecessary delays!!! The poor check-in experience could definitely use improvements!!!

Had a fun time with friends! The location is ideal, just a short stroll to Oxford Street and Regent Street. We also visited the London Eye easily. The hotel was convenient with plenty of taxis around. The staff were friendly, and our rooms were clean and comfortable.
Our room was quite noisy due to street sounds, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

One downside was that the room was a bit small and felt cramped, which made moving around difficult.

Room was clean and cozy, the staff did everything to make me feel welcome, they even offered me a drink voucher when I checked in, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great too, I really liked the smoked salmon with avocado, made the morning much more pleasant.
